Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.

Most often, people store RVs, boats and trailers, or antique/collectible automobiles. Not every vehicle will fit in every storage space! If you're not sure, contact us and we'll help you find the right spot.

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Be sure to remove anything that might spoil or rot before you store your vehicle. Empty the fridge or bait well and turn off any electronics. Some renters prefer to clean their vehicle before storage so it's pristine and ready when they need it next.

Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

While we're happy to have you store your vehicle with us, we cannot allow anyone to live on the property. Living in your vehicle is against the terms of our rental agreement and can result in legal action.

Yes, we provide four-wheel carts free of charge. The carts may not be removed from the premises. 

You'll provide a written seven-day notice to the office. It can be in-person, mailed, or e-mailed. Clean your unit, including sweeping. Remove your lock and notify the office that your unit is clean and that the lock is removed. Make sure to let us know as soon as you're finished so you don't get charged for another month!

You can conveniently access your unit every day, all year-round from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM!

Feel free to stop by our office to get help from our friendly staff Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. We are closed for lunch from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. 

To ensure cleanliness and safety, we begin closing procedures 30 minutes before we close. We are happy to assist when possible and appreciate your understanding as our team members complete end-of-day tasks!

We have two convenient locations in Santa Clara near Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport. Both facilities feature units of multiple sizes to fulfill your self-storage needs!
